We offer FREE Return Shipping for delivery addresses within the 50 states of the US (i.e. domestic orders only).
Please note, ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED to be eligible for a return and refund. We do NOT accept used items for returns. We also do not refund the original shipping fees for both domestic and international orders.
How to Start a Return
For our domestic customers, returns are made super simple with our automated system. Within seconds, you'll be able to create a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out, affix the label to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at any USPS office or mailbox. Easy.

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise using a tracking number service as we are not responsible for lost packages. When possible, it is best to refuse delivery of the package and instruct the courier to Return to Sender. We do not refund the original shipping fees.
