All order are hand-packed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, from Seattle, WA USA. 

COVID19 Impacts: The global pandemic has led to delays in delivery times across all couriers. Packages being shipped via USPS First Class International are expected to be delayed for "weeks" according to the latest USPS News updates. This is due to a high number of items coming through customs and low workforce numbers to process packages. If you are in need of items quickly, please use DHL Express. 

Domestic

We are proud to offer multiple shipping options to fit the needs of our domestic customers. USPS (United States Postal Service) options are available with various shipping speeds. 

USPS services include

• First Class Package (2-5 Business Days)

• Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) 

• Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day)

International

When indicated in checkout "Tax and Duty Estimated on Delivery", the buyer is responsible for additional charges such as import duty or other related fees. 

All orders with final destination addresses outside the United States are shipped via USPS or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the final destination and may be prolonged due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing.  Additional information regarding import duty and taxes may be obtained from your local customs office. 

*Please note, failure to obtain packages due to incorrect delivery address or inability to pay customs duties and fees will be returned to the sender (us), in which case the shipping fee cannot be returned to the customer. However, the product cost will be refunded.
