Shipping & Returns



All order are hand-packed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, from Seattle, WA USA. 


We are proud to offer multiple shipping options to fit the needs of our customers. UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) options are available with various shipping speeds. 

UPS services include

  • UPS Ground (1-5 days)
  • UPS 3-Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • UPS Next Day Air

USPS services include

  • USPS First Class (2-5 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight)



All orders with final destination addresses outside the United States are shipped via USPS First Class International and typically arrive between 10-14 days. Delivery times vary depending on the final destination and may be prolonged due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing. The buyer is responsible for additional charges such as import duty or other related charges. Additional information regarding import duty and taxes may be obtained from your local customs office. 



We are stoked that you found ROMP Supply and understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We stand by our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. We offer FREE Return Shipping for delivery address within the 50 states of the US only (i.e. domestic orders). 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at and let us know you are interested in returning your product(s), being sure to include your name and order number. Upon email notification, we will begin the RMA process. 

Please note, we do not refund the original shipping fees for both domestic and international orders. 

FREE Return shipping is included for all delivery addresses within the 50 states of the US only (see above). Upon email notification, ROMP Supply customer service will reach out and issue an RMA along with a pre-paid USPS Return Shipping Label, which will sent via email. Items purchased must be returned unused and undamaged.

Simply print out the label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at any USPS office or mailbox. Easy. 

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise using a tracking number service as we are not responsible for lost packages. When possible, it is best to refuse delivery of the package and instruct the courier to Return to Sender. We do not refund the original shipping fees.

It takes 2-3 business days to process a return once it arrives. All refunds will be posted to the original payment account within 5-10 business days from the receipt of the return.
